To
view your record, place holds/recalls on items, save favorite
or frequently used searches and choose to be automatically notified
by e-mail whenever the library acquires items matching saved
searches, or to view most items in electronic reserves, you
will be asked to submit the following information:
- Last
Name
- ID Number:
Either your social security number or the last 10 digits (begins
with 5000 . . .) of your Buff One card.
- PIN:
If you are a CU Boulder student, this may have been preset as
your University PIN. If not, leave the PIN field blank and submit
your information. You will then be asked to create your own
PIN.
- This
is a secure connection. The information you provide to Chinook,
such as your name, Social Security number or PIN, is encrypted
so that it can't be read or intercepted by other people.
- If
you should forget your PIN, please come to any Circulation
desk and bring your picture ID. Even though we cannot see your
PIN, we can delete it for you so that you can then create a
new one.
