Study rooms in the University Libraries are designed to facilitate student and/or faculty collaboration by providing both space and technology for group projects and study. There are more than 30 rooms in Norlin Library, the William M. White Business Library, and the Leonard H. Gemmill Engineering Library. Some rooms are funded with Student Computing Initiative (SCI) fees and are therefore available for booking only by registered UCB students.
Rooms vary in size and have different technologies available. Please review the list of rooms to determine which ones best suit your needs. Person who is booking the Norlin Library study rooms or Norlin Commons Team Technology Rooms must also check out the room key. Room keys must be checked out at the:
- Engineering Circulation Desk for Engineering Library study rooms.
- Norlin Circulation Desk for Norlin Library study rooms.
- Norlin Commons Desk for Norlin Commons Team Technology Rooms.
