Flynn is the Project Archivist for the Glenn Miller Collection at the University Libraries. They focus on the organization, preservation and accessibility of the collection’s unique materials. Flynn’s research interests center on the sustainability of community archives by and for community members.

Prior to joining CU, Flynn worked in a number of different archival and library settings ranging from historical societies and academic archives to public libraries and cultural heritage centers. Flynn received an MLIS from the University of Denver in 2024. They also hold a BA in History and Russian from Amherst College and an associate’s degree in math & science from Bristol Community College.
