College life can be stressful but there are ways to manage it. Here are 3 resources from the University Libraries to help you find your way to wellness.

2. Rest in a nap pod

Take a break and recharge in one of our nap pods located on the 1st floor of Norlin Library.

3. Center yourself in our Mindfulness Room

Make time for yourself in our Mindfulness Room, E103A, located on the first floor of Norlin Library near the east desk. Open to anyone with a valid Buff OneCard, this peaceful space is designed for mindfulness, contemplation and relaxation.
