Save the date: An Afternoon with Dave Isay
February 25, 2026
3:30–4:30 p.m.
CASE Auditorium
What does it mean to find your path and pursue your calling? Mark your calendars to join us for an inspiring talk with Dave Isay, founder of StoryCorps and author of this year’s Buffs One Read, Callings: The Purpose and Passion of Work. In Callings, Isay compiles powerful real-life stories from the StoryCorps archive — the largest single collection of human voices ever gathered. StoryCorps has given nearly half a million Americans the chance to record interviews about their lives, pass wisdom from one generation to the next, and leave a legacy for the future. Callings offers stories of people discovering meaning in their work, sometimes early, sometimes after life-changing decisions, and what it takes to pursue purpose with courage and resilience.
This event is your chance to hear firsthand from a celebrated storyteller about the voices behind the StoryCorps and the inspiring lessons they offer. Registration is coming.
