Natalia works with students, faculty, and researchers in the subject areas of Education and Children’s and Young Adult Literature. School of Education faculty and instructors can request a research seminar with Natalia for information literacy workshops tailored to course topics and objectives. She also manages the Education and Children's and Young Adult Collections at the University Libraries and welcomes your feedback and material requests via email. 

Natalia earned her Master of Library and Information Science from the University at Buffalo and her Bachelor of Science in Applied Learning and Development from the University of Texas at Austin. She joined the University Libraries in June 2025 after working as the Community Outreach and Reference Librarian at the University of Denver. Prior to librarianship, Natalia was a bilingual education primary school teacher in Texas. 

Her research interests include critical librarianship, evidence synthesis methodology in the social sciences, bibliotherapy, and k-12 education.
