Norlin Classrooms Policies
Norlin classrooms E113, E260A, E260B, E303 are reserved for programming related to the University Libraries’ teaching & learning initiatives, instruction activities, and internal meetings only.
- Faculty and community members may request more information about programming via libraries@colorado.edu or request research seminars through the online request forms.
- Request must be submitted two weeks in advance.
- Faculty / Instructor must attend the session with students.
- Campus scheduled courses are given priority over other reservations.
- Reservations are made only within building open hours.
- Requests will be filled based on room and librarian availability.
- The library maintains the right to cancel reservations due to unforeseen conflicts.
Classroom reservations are managed and coordinated by the Libraries' Learning & Engagement team.
Norlin E206 Room Policy
Norlin E206, the Center for Research Data and Digital Scholarship (CRDDS) training room is reserved for programming related to the Center’s outreach initiatives, instruction activities, and internal meetings only.
- Select campus and CRDDS community members may request use of E206 by contacting the crdds@colorado.edu.
- Libraries and Research Computing staff may schedule 0-2 weeks in advance of their event.
- No recurring events may be scheduled.
- Reservations are made only within building open hours.
- Requests will be filled based on room availability.
- CRDDS maintains the right to cancel reservations due to unforeseen conflicts. Please note that:
- CRDDS events will take priority over other scheduled events.
- Classes or other group events will take priority over meetings.
E206 reservations are managed and coordinated by the CRDDS Events & Outreach Coordinator. Additional questions and concerns may be directed to crdds@colorado.edu.
